The school support children with additional need between the ages of 2-19 with a wide range of educational needs, including Autism, moderate learning difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties. Responsibilities
- 🌟 Support individual learning plans, adapting activities to suit each pupil’s needs
- 📘 Assist with daily classroom activities, focusing on developing social, academic, and communication skills
- 💬 Work closely with the teaching staff to create a nurturing environment for each pupil’s unique challenges
- 🧩 Help manage behaviour positively, using encouragement and praise to build students' confidence
- 📚 Experience working with children with SEN (Autism, MLD, PMLD) is preferred but not essential
- 🤝 Patience, resilience, and a commitment to promoting inclusion and independence
- 🌈 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and other support professionals
- ✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and Right to Work in the UK
Pay:£90-99.00 per day PAYE & Holiday Pay.
