Who are Supply Hive?

Supply Hive has been supporting schools and educators in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area since 2021. We have recently opened our second office location based in Cardiff, South Wales supporting schools and educators across the Cardiff & Newport area.​

Supply Hive was created with one main purpose; to better support schools and education professionals in our local area with a fairer and more transparent recruitment service.

We offer fair pay guarantees to qualified teachers, and market-leading pay rates for teaching support staff. We only engage our staff through real PAYE employment, which means there are no hidden payroll charges or additions that can occur when working with Umbrella payroll companies.

Being experts in education recruitment, and forming strong and long-lasting professional relationships with schools in the area is why we continue to be the agency of choice in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area, and now in the Cardiff and Newport area also.

Fair Pay for Qualified Teachers

If you are a qualified teacher in England & Wales and hold QTS, Supply Hive will guarantee to pay you to your MPS/UPS if you undertake a full class teacher role. This means that if you are responsible for a class, with all of the normal responsibilities of a teacher that include planning, marking, assessing, you will earn the same amount over a full year with a Supply Hive, compared to a full academic year in a permanent role.

Supply Hive believe in complete transparency. That's why when you book a Teacher or Teaching Assistant through Supply Hive, we'll go through the full breakdown of the charge rate and on-costs with you so there are no surprises, and no hidden charges.
