We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our brilliant primary schools in the High Wycombe area.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the educational and developmental needs of students. Your role will involve assisting in classroom activities, providing individual support, and helping to create a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who need additional assistance.
- Prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress and feedback.
