A small, nurturing primary school in Bracknell is looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is to start ASAP and has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This rewarding role involves working closely with a specific pupil to provide tailored assistance, helping them thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
- Assist with individualised lesson plans and activities
- Foster the pupil’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support the child’s progress
- Ensure the pupil feels included and engaged in the school community

About You:
- Experience working with children with SEN is beneficial
- A calm, patient, and understanding approach to supporting children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children
- A passion for making a difference in a child’s educational journey
