As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and helping students reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN), providing tailored support to ensure they thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities 📚✨
- Assist the teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help
- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have the resources and assistance they require
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support
- Encourage student confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
- A passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments
- A proactive and positive attitude
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
