Our Windsor First School currently have a vacancy for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the team to work with a child with ADHD in Year 1. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the child and creating a stimulating and encouraging learning environment.
One of your duties as a 1:1 teaching assistant will be to support the child in lessons and activities. Working directly with the child and sometimes in small groups, you will offer extra help and direction as needed. Your help will be crucial in creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment in the classroom where children are motivated to participate fully and love learning.
The ideal applicant should have had prior experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
Being able to communicate and interact with others well is crucial as you will be collaborating directly with parents, colleagues, and children. This job requires a fundamentally patient, loving, and caring attitude towards the learning and development of children.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
