In this role, you'll collaborate with teachers to enhance students' learning experiences, providing tailored support both one-on-one and in small groups. Responsibilities:
🟣 Provide individualised or small group support to students, helping them progress in their learning journey.
🟣 Collaborate with the teacher to design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
🟣 Tailor and prepare learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
🟣 Build strong, supportive relationships with students, enhancing their confidence and encouraging active engagement.
🟣 Monitor student progress and share insights and feedback with the teaching team to inform future planning.
Requirements:
🔵 A genuine enthusiasm for nurturing children's growth and learning.
🔵 Experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
🔵 Strong communication skills, coupled with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
