Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child’s learning journey? We’re looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a student in a primary school in Windsor. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, nurturing, and eager to help a child reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

📚 Provide tailored support to a child with additional learning needs
👩‍🏫 Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
🌟 Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons
📝 Support emotional and social development throughout the school day

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience working 1:1 or with SEN students is desirable
✔️ A calm, patient, and positive approach to learning support
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
