As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of learning while providing short-term cover. 📌 Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across different subjects and year groups
- Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity in students' learning
- Maintain classroom management and encourage positive behaviour
- Adapt to different school environments and build rapport with students and staff
- Provide feedback to the school at the end of each day
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
- A passion for education and supporting students' learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
