Responsibilities:
- 📚 Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils engage with learning.
- 🌟 Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence.
- 🎨 Supporting pupils in accessing adapted curriculum activities, including enrichment events.
- 🤝 Working closely with teachers and external professionals to meet individual needs.
- 📝 Helping pupils develop social and emotional skills to thrive in the classroom.
- ✅ Experience working with children with SEMH needs or similar challenges.
- 🧡 A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with children.
- 🗣 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
- 📄 A valid DBS check (or willingness to complete one) and Right to Work in the UK.
- 🌟 Qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable but not essential.
