As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the classroom by providing one-on-one and small-group support to students. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your role may also involve supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring they receive the personalised guidance they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
✅ Support students in their academic and personal development
✅ Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
✅ Provide tailored support to children with SEN
✅ Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
Requirements
✅ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable
✅ A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
