Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in planning and implementing lessons.
- Assisting with day-to-day activities and class room set ups.
- Being present in the classroom and taking the time to create a fun and open learning environment.
- Monitoring learner progress and relaying observations to the class teacher teacher
- Working one-on-one or with small groups of students who need additional help.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
- Helping students develop social and academic skills.
Requirements:
- A valid and enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training.
- Experience working with children and young people.
