The role involves working closely with teachers and therapists to support students’ learning and personal development. You’ll assist in delivering tailored educational activities and provide emotional and behavioural support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for each pupil.
Responsibilities:
- 👩🏫 Supporting classroom activities and individual learning plans
- 🗣️ Encouraging and fostering social interaction and communication skills
- 📈 Assisting in monitoring and recording student progress
- 🧘 Supporting behavioral and emotional regulation in line with school guidance
- 👥 Working closely with a team of teachers, therapists, and other LSAs
- 🎓 Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting SEN students
- 💼 Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping young people thrive
- 📋 Enhanced DBS check required (Supply Hive will assist with this)
- ✅ Right to Work in the UK, plus relevant qualifications/training
Pay: £90-99 per day, PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay.
