Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to children with SEN
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Implement tailored learning plans and monitor student progress
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to discuss students' progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Promote the health, safety, and well-being of students, ensuring their needs are met.
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children’s education
- An enthusiastic approach to supporting students and contributing to a positive school environment.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
