Supply Hive are looking for a Teacher that specialises in Year 1 and 2 to work with a local school in the centre of Bracknell up to 3 days a week. The school are a smaller one-form-entry school with a family feel. Despite being a smaller team the staff are all very supportive and are there to help you with any queries or concerns that you may have. They value their firm but fair ethos and are looking for someone who is open to adapting to new teaching styles.
The role consists of delivering pre-planned lessons in an enthusiastic and creative manner that keeps all children engaged and motivated. You will be working in a team that consists of the other class teachers, teaching assistants and the school SENCO, so you will need to contribute and work well using a collaborative approach. You will need to be patient as the children in your class will be working at different levels and have different needs so you should be able to distribute you attention appropriately.
To qualify for this role you must have Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching in a school. You should also have great communication and interpersonal skills. You will need an enhanced child DBS that is on the update service. You will also need proof of Right to Work in the UK.
