Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in a 'Good' Secondary School in Slough!
Supply Hive is excited to be working closely with an amazing secondary school in Slough to find a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant. If you're enthusiastic about helping young people reach their full potential and enjoy a dynamic school environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
✨ Support Learning – Work closely with students aged 11-16, providing academic and emotional support to help them succeed in class.
✨ Inclusive Environment – Assist students with moderate learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to ensure they’re thriving both inside and outside the classroom.
✨ Collaborate – Be part of a supportive SEN and Inclusion team, working alongside teachers and specialists to provide tailored support for each student’s needs.
✨ Intervention & Tuition – Lead small group interventions or support one-on-one tuition in lower-level English and Maths, or in your area of expertise.

🔑 Transferable Skills – If you’ve worked in education, social care, or another sector with experience supporting young people, we’d love to hear from you!
🔑 Experience with SEN – Experience working with students with additional needs is valued but not essential – a willingness to learn and grow in this role is key!
🔑 Positive Attitude – A proactive, caring, and adaptable approach to help students overcome challenges and stay engaged with learning.
