The school provides an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students who have moderate-severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), speech and language difficulties and autism (ASD). Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality lessons to students, adapting to their individual needs while adhering to the curriculum
- Make use of various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and individual pupil needs.
- Collaborate with support staff, therapist, parents and other support specialists in the best interest of the children.
- Maintain detailed observations on student progress, and adjust where needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- A strong understanding best practices and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- A genuine passion for teaching.

Pay: £160.00 p.d, PAYE & Holiday pay. If you take on ‘longer term cover roles, you will be paid in accordance to your pay scale.
All applicants will need to provide the relevant qualifications for this role as well as the right to work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
