Responsibilities:
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with autism
✅ Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
✅ Support students with communication, social, and emotional needs
✅ Help create a structured and engaging learning environment
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students
Requirements:
🔹 A can-do attitude and high energy levels to support children with autism
🔹 A desire and willingness to commit to further training and professional development
🔹 Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
🔹 A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Right to work in the UK & an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
