As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms to deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment. You’ll follow lesson plans set by the class teacher or adapt accordingly to ensure continuity of learning. Responsibilities 📚
✅ Deliver pre-prepared lessons or adapt teaching as needed
✅ Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
✅ Manage classroom behaviour effectively
✅ Provide feedback to schools on students’ progress
✅ Be a flexible and reliable presence in the school community
Requirements 🎓
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Adaptability and confidence in different teaching environments
✅ Passion for education and supporting students’ learning
✅ Right to Work in the UK

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
