As a Supply Teacher, you will be stepping into various classrooms, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive and engaging environment. You will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons or provide general classroom support, depending on the school's requirements. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety and are passionate about making a difference in students’ education.
Responsibilities 📚
✔ Deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
✔ Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
✔ Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
✔ Follow lesson plans and ensure a smooth transition for students
✔ Manage classroom behaviour effectively
✔ Work collaboratively with school staff to uphold high teaching standards
Requirements 🎓
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools
✔ Strong classroom management skills
✔ Adaptability and confidence in different school settings
✔ A genuine passion for education and student development
✔ Right to work in the UK

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
