Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in working with children
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- An understanding of or willingness to learn about supporting children with SEN
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
