Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, providing essential classroom support and working closely with teachers to ensure all students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with learning activities and promote their personal and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to planning and evaluation sessions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (preferred).
  • A passion for working with children, especially those with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification) are desirable but not essential.
