Are you passionate about education and supporting young learners? We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Bracknell. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the classroom, working closely with the Class Teacher to provide tailored support to students. Whether it’s assisting with group activities, offering one-to-one support, or helping with the smooth running of lessons, your contribution will make a tangible difference to the learning experience. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to helping children thrive.

Responsibilities
✨ Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils
✨ Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
✨ Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
✨ Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
✨ Supervise students during break times and educational activities

Requirements
✅ Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
✅ A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students
✅ An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
✅ A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
✅ A valid Right to Work in the UK and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
