As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the classroom, working closely with the Class Teacher to provide tailored support to students. Responsibilities
✨ Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils
✨ Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
✨ Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
✨ Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
✨ Supervise students during break times and educational activities
Requirements
✅ Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
✅ A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students
✅ An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
✅ A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
✅ A valid Right to Work in the UK and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

If you carry out a long-term Teaching Assistant role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to scale.
