📝 Responsibilities:
⚫Offer personalised support to students, either individually or in small groups.
⚫Work alongside the teacher to create and deliver dynamic, hands-on lessons that capture students' interest.
⚫Adapt and create learning materials to cater to the varied needs of all students.
⚫Foster positive, trusting relationships with students to boost their self-confidence and promote active participation.
⚫Track and assess student progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team to guide future lesson planning.
✅ Requirements:
🟢A genuine passion for supporting children's development and educational progress.
🟢Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
🟢Excellent communication abilities, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
