We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Bracknell. This is a full-time position, starting immediately. The school is known for its nurturing environment and commitment to providing a high standard of education to all students.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the learning and development of students, including those with special educational needs. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide one-to-one or small group support, helping to ensure all students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Students π β Assist in delivering tailored educational support to students.
- Classroom Assistance ποΈ β Support teachers with day-to-day classroom tasks, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- SEN Support π β Provide specialised support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring their full participation in lessons.
- Behaviour Management π οΈ β Help manage student behaviour in a positive and constructive manner, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring Progress π β Assist in assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
Requirements
- Experience πΌ β Previous experience working with children in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Qualifications π β A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable.
- Passion β€οΈ β A genuine passion for helping children succeed and develop.
- Communication Skills π£οΈ β Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Right to Work β β Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
