📝Provide tailored support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups.

📝Develop and modify learning resources to meet the diverse needs of all students.
📝Build strong, supportive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and encourage active engagement.
📝Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering insightful feedback to the teaching team to inform future lesson planning.
Requirements:
✅A true passion to supporting children’s growth and academic success.
✅Previous experience in a similar position is desirable, though not required.
✅Strong communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
