A welcoming and supportive primary school just outside of Maidenhead is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to become part of their team. In this position, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning, offering assistance individually and in small groups. It's an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of young pupil’s.
Key responsibilities:
📌Offer one-on-one or small group support to students, aiding their learning process.
📌 Work with the teacher to create and implement engaging, interactive lessons.
📌 Adapt and prepare learning materials to cater to the varied needs of students.
📌 Foster positive relationships with students, boosting their confidence and active involvement.
📌Track student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
✅A sincere passion for supporting children's development and learning.
✅Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
✅Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
✅Relevant qualifications or a willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
