A welcoming school in Maidenhead is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming Year 4 team. As a Teaching Assistant in Year 4, you will work closely with the class teacher to enhance students’ learning, providing individual and small group support tailored to their needs. If you're passionate about education and excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

🔵Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups in Year 4.
🔵Collaborate with the teacher to design and implement engaging and interactive lessons.
🔵Adapt and prepare resources to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of all students.
🔵Build positive, nurturing relationships with students, helping to boost their confidence and encourage active involvement in class.
🔵Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and insights to the teaching team.
 
Requirements:

✅A true passion for supporting children's development and learning.
✅Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
✅Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
