As a Teaching Assistant in Year 4, you will work closely with the class teacher to enhance students’ learning, providing individual and small group support tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:
🔵Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups in Year 4.
🔵Collaborate with the teacher to design and implement engaging and interactive lessons.
🔵Adapt and prepare resources to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of all students.
🔵Build positive, nurturing relationships with students, helping to boost their confidence and encourage active involvement in class.
🔵Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and insights to the teaching team.
Requirements:
✅A true passion for supporting children's development and learning.
✅Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
✅Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
