We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to join our supportive and friendly school in High Wycombe This full-time role is perfect for a passionate educator who is eager to inspire young learners and foster a love for learning in a dynamic and collaborative classroom environment. We will also consider part time applicants. Start date: January 2025.
As a Year 2 teacher, you'll guide your pupils as they transition from the early stages of their primary education into more independent learners, ensuring they have a strong foundation for future learning. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as children grow in confidence, curiosity, and achievement.

Responsibilities
๐งโ๐ซ Delivering the Curriculum โ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.
๐ Pupil Progress Assessment โ Regularly assess pupils' progress and provide constructive feedback to both parents and students.
๐ค Collaborative Teamwork โ Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, supportive learning environment.
๐ค Fostering a Positive Classroom Environment โ Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where all pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
๐ฌ Parent Engagement โ Maintain open communication with parents and carers.

Requirements
๐ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) โ Essential for the role.
๐ Primary Teaching Experience โ Ideally with KS1, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
๐ก Classroom Management โ Ability to foster a calm, respectful, and productive classroom atmosphere.
๐ DBS Enhanced Check โ All applicants must have or be willing to obtain a DBS check.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
