We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming infant school in Slough. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on young learners while maintaining a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop key skills as they prepare for Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities
📚 Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
👩🏫 Support students’ academic and personal development through tailored teaching strategies
🌟 Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
📝 Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents
Requirements
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
✔️ Experience teaching KS1, ideally in a Year 2 class
✔️ Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
✔️ A passion for supporting young learners in their educational journey
