As a Flexible Teacher, you’ll have the chance to teach across different year groups and subjects based on your expertise and preferences. Whether you’re covering planned absences or providing emergency cover, your contribution will play a key role in maintaining seamless learning for students.
Responsibilities:
🟣Provide engaging and effective lessons across various year groups and subjects, in line with the school's curriculum.
🟣Seamlessly adjust to diverse classroom environments and teaching settings.
🟣Motivate and captivate students, fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment.
🟣Follow existing lesson plans or design creative activities as needed.
🟣Maintain strong classroom management, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all learners.
Requirements:
✔️Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
✔️Previous experience in primary or secondary school settings.
✔️Confidence in adapting to various school environments and year groups.
✔️Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
✔️A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing student growth.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
