Are you a passionate educator eager to make a difference and seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are looking for a talented KS1 Teacher to join our team at a Primary School in High Wycombe, covering a term of sickness. Responsibilities:

🟣 Design and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that follow the national curriculum, fostering both academic growth and a passion for learning.
🟣 Establish a positive classroom atmosphere where every student feels recognised, encouraged, and inspired to achieve their best.
🟣 Meet the unique learning needs of each student by regularly assessing their progress, offering insightful feedback, and adjusting teaching methods to support their individual growth.
🟣 Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and contribute to the development and execution of the school's curriculum and educational projects.
🟣 Build strong, open lines of communication and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a team-based approach to education.
 
Requirements:
 
✔️ QTS certification with experience in teaching Early Years.
✔️ A solid understanding of the national curriculum and proven strategies for effective teaching.
✔️ Strong classroom management abilities, creating a secure and engaging learning space for all students.
✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive connections with students, parents, and team members.
✔️ A genuine passion for education, with a focus on supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
