Position Overview: You will be working alongside one of our partnering schools based in the north of Maidenhead. The team is very supportive and Ofsted have complimented the school's leadership. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of education for our Key Stage 2 students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to Key Stage 2 students.
- Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Providing constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure consistency in teaching standards.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures at all times.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
- Flexible availability to work on a part-time basis.
