Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following school-specific lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
- Engage students through creative and innovative teaching methods, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated and supported.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment conducive to academic achievement.
- Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support the continuity of learning and contribute to the overall success of the school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in primary or secondary schools, with the ability to adapt to different school settings and year groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and cover various subjects and year groups as required.
- Flexibility to choose when and where you work, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments to suit your availability and preferences.
- Variety and diversity in your teaching career, with the opportunity to gain experience in different schools and settings across Berkshire.
