We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Supply Teachers to join our team and support schools in Maidenhead. We are currently working alongside a larger OFSTED 'Good' school that is located in central Maidenhead and has an inclusive, welcoming and nurturing nature. This role is part time, but there are also full time positions available if this is something you are interested in. They are looking for someone with a passion for working with children and a strong ability to engage children through interactive teaching methods.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following school-specific lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
  • Engage students through creative and innovative teaching methods, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated and supported.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment conducive to academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support the continuity of learning and contribute to the overall success of the school community.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in primary or secondary schools, with the ability to adapt to different school settings and year groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and cover various subjects and year groups as required.
