Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting a child on a one to one basis and making sure they have all of the necessary resources planned and prepared before the session begins. You should have a high level of patience and be able to apply some of your previous knowledge to supporting children with Special Educational Needs. You will also often work with small groups of children, so you should be able to promote appropriate social behaviour and help children become the best version of their selves. You will work alongside the class Teacher and will be supported by the whole team in that year group, so you should be able to work well in a team.
Requirements
- Relevant experience working with children
- Enhanced Child DBS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You should be a confident individual, who has strong behaviour management skills
- Right to Work in the UK
