A vibrant and inclusive school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from the start of the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive school community where the focus is on nurturing the development of students and staff alike.
The role involves working closely with teachers to provide essential classroom support, assisting with student learning, and creating an engaging and inclusive atmosphere. You will support small group work, one-on-one assistance, and general classroom activities to ensure students have the best possible educational experience.
Responsibilities
✅ Supporting students in their learning, both in groups and one-on-one
✅ Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
✅ Encouraging student engagement and participation
✅ Providing additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
✅ Helping to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Requirements
🎓 Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is preferred
🎓 A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude
🎓 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🎓 An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
🎓 A willingness to support children with different learning needs

If you carry out a long-term Teaching Assistant role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your scale.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
