Responsibilities:
🟣 Provide individual or small group assistance to students, helping to drive their academic growth and progress.
🔵 Collaborate with the teacher to create and deliver exciting, interactive lessons that captivate students’ interest.
🟣 Tailor and develop learning resources to meet the diverse needs of all students.
🔵 Build strong, encouraging relationships with students, helping to boost their self-esteem and motivate active involvement.
🟣 Monitor student development, offering useful observations and feedback to the teaching team to inform future lesson planning.
Requirements:
✅ A genuine enthusiasm for helping children grow and succeed in their learning journey.
✅ Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we’re eager to support someone ready to learn and take on new challenges.
✅ Strong communication skills, with a hands-on approach and a team-oriented attitude.
