Supply Hive are currently working with an OFSTED rated 'good' school based in Burnham. The school are focused on the individual successes of every child and enabling every child to achieve their best. 

The school are currently looking for a qualified teacher to join them as part of a job share (2 dpw) in their Reception Class. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that cater to the needs of young learners.
  • Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support children's holistic development.
  • Assess students' progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements and areas for development.
  • Collaborate effectively with your job share partner and other colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in the EYFS preferred
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children
