What We're Looking For:
๐ Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in English.
๐ Experience: Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, particularly with KS4 and KS5 students.
๐ Classroom Management: Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
๐ Communication Skills: Able to explain complex ideas in a clear, engaging way that connects with students.
๐ Compliance: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two recent references.
