Join a vibrant primary school in Reading as a Year 3 Teacher. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment where creativity and a passion for learning are celebrated. The role is set to commence as soon as possible, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact.

In this role, you’ll lead a Year 3 class, taking full responsibility for teaching engaging lessons. Planning is fully collaborative, taking place during phase meetings, and all marking is done live during lessons, reducing workload and ensuring immediate feedback for students. You’ll foster a positive learning atmosphere, helping pupils develop their skills and confidence while meeting their individual needs. The school values teamwork and provides excellent resources to support your success.

Responsibilities
📚 Plan and prepare lessons collaboratively with colleagues during phase meetings
👩‍🏫 Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 3 curriculum
✅ Conduct live marking during lessons to provide immediate feedback
🌟 Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning
🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements
📜 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Key Stage 2
🎨 Creativity and a passion for inspiring young learners
🗂 Strong organisational and communication skills for collaborative planning
⏳ Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic classroom environment
