As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. You will work closely with children across a variety of age groups, including those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in their studies.
Responsibilities
π Provide one-to-one or small group support to students.
π©βπ« Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities and resources.
π Support students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
π Help prepare learning materials and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements
βοΈ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is preferred.
βοΈ Strong communication and organisational skills.
βοΈ A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
βοΈ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
