Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in accordance with the established curriculum for Year 1.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.
- Providing feedback on progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for students during the temporary period.
- Teaching certification or qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Year 1 children is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
