A friendly and supportive primary school in Bracknell is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in their learning, both individually and in groups. This is a rewarding role for anyone passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities
π Support pupils with their learning in a one-to-one or group setting.
π Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
π Prepare and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.
π€ Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and engagement.
π― Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Requirements
π A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
π Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
π£ Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
π Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
