As a Teaching Assistant, youβll play a vital role in the day-to-day support of students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Working closely with teachers, you will assist with lesson preparation, provide one-to-one and small group support, and encourage student confidence and independence.
Responsibilities:
π Supporting students in their learning, both in and out of the classroom.
π Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom management.
π Providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs.
π Encouraging a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all learners.
Requirements:
π A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
π Experience in a similar role or within an educational setting is desirable.
π Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
π Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude.
