We are looking for people who:
- Are confident in their ability to work with young children.
- Can cultivate a creative and fun learning environment.
- Are extroverted, friendly and have great people skills.
- Are adaptable and can accommodate ever-changing classroom environments.
- Assist with planning and delivering classroom activities.
- Oversee break and lunchtime activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group assistance to children.
- Monitor learner behaviour and development to relay feedback to the teacher.
- Previous relevant experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- A genuine passion for education and childcare.
- Ability to cultivate a positive and creative learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required to work with children.
- Skills that relate to childcare and working with children.
