In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to support students' learning journeys, offering personalised assistance both individually and in small groups. Responsibilities:
🔵 Provide individualised or small group support to students, helping them progress in their learning journey.
🔵 Collaborate with the teacher to design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
🔵 Tailor and prepare learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
🔵 Build strong, supportive relationships with students, enhancing their confidence and encouraging active engagement.
🔵 Monitor student progress and share insights and feedback with the teaching team to inform future planning.
Requirements:
✔️ A genuine enthusiasm for nurturing children's growth and learning.
✔️ Experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
✔️ Strong communication skills, coupled with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
